Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026
This policy explains how the Anyone Can Sculpt Ice internal assistant (the “application”) handles information, including data obtained from Google services.
What the application is
The application is a private, single-operator tool used by the owner of Anyone Can Sculpt Ice to run the business — bookkeeping, scheduling, correspondence and record-keeping. It is not a public product and has no users other than the business owner and the owner’s appointed administrator.
What it accesses
With the owner’s explicit authorisation through Google’s OAuth consent screen, the application may access the owner’s own Google account data:
- Gmail — to read, search, draft and send business email as the owner
- Google Calendar — to create and read business appointments
- Google Drive and Google Docs — to store and edit business documents
- Google Sheets — to maintain business records such as schedules and task lists
- Google Contacts — to look up business contacts
How the data is used
Data is used solely to operate Anyone Can Sculpt Ice: drafting replies, maintaining the business calendar, keeping bookkeeping and scheduling records, and preparing business documents. It is never used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the business.
Storage and security
- Credentials and cached data are stored locally on the owner’s own computer, protected by file-system permissions.
- Access is limited to the owner and the owner’s appointed business administrator.
Sharing
- Data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties.
- Nothing is transferred anywhere except to the Google services the application is authorised to use.
- The application’s use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Your choices
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which ends all access to Google data.
