About

These terms cover the Anyone Can Sculpt Ice internal assistant (the “application”), a private tool operated by the owner of Anyone Can Sculpt Ice for the management of that business.

Scope of use

• The application is for the sole use of the business owner and the owner’s appointed administrator.
• It is not offered, licensed or made available to the public, and no third party has any right to use it.

Acceptable use

The application must be used only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with the terms of the services it connects to, including Google’s terms of service.

No warranty

The application is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Outputs are reviewed by the owner before anything is sent or published.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the application.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects any change.
